Backstory

•*¨*•.•*¨*•House of Blackwood•*¨*•.•*¨*• A Ravenclaw from a long line of Slytherins *¨*•.•*¨*•Cackle's Academy Girl•*¨*•.•*¨* Lady Lissarose Blackwood resides on her family estate, slightly inland from Lymington. The last of the Blackwood line, she lives alone with her cat Connie and raptor Evra. An avid collector of magical artefacts and a lover of music, confused muggles can sometimes hear an eery warbling emanating from her magically concealed manor as she plays the violin or musical saw. Lady Blackwood grew up in the care of Amelia Cackle, the headmistress at the small but well established Cackle's Academy. Living most of her childhood at the Academy, she was surrounded by witchcraft and even though she was too young to participate in the classes, she was inspired by the magic all around her. Before going to Hogwarts she relocated to Blackwood Manor, with Constance Hardbroom (deputy headmistress of Cackle's Academy) as her temporary guardian during the holidays. In her later years when Lady Blackwood was old enough to remain at the Manor alone, Constance became a dear friend and colleague, with whom she could discuss her magical ventures with, as an equal.
