Some practical and magical ways to care for your mental health:
- Journaling in a spellbound diary that locks with a charm (just don’t use Tom Riddle’s old one).
- Aromatherapy potions: Lavender, chamomile, and peppermint can soothe even the most frazzled fifth-year.
- Magical Creature Therapy: Spending time with Puffskeins, Nifflers (if supervised), or Hippogriffs (with proper respect) can be incredibly calming.
