. . . Hey lovelies! Welcome back to another issue of Hogwarts Monthly News. April has been chill, relaxing, and quite peaceful, but many celebrations have occured! April Fools, Easter, and ANZAC Day are just a couple. Of course, we have had a couple of custom chapters made this month too, but I won't spoil anything else. Flip to the first page! Recipe Of The Month

Chapter 4

Strawberry Panna Cotta

Ingredients (4)
- 9g of strawberry jelly crystals, any brand.
- 375ml (1½ cups) of boiling water.
- 360g (1 cup) of Greek yoghurt, plus extra to serve (optional).
- Diced strawberries to serve (optional).

Method
1. Place the jelly crystals in a heatproof bowl. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add in the Greek yoghurt and mix in (stirring gently will help prevent bubbles from forming).
2. Transfer the mixture into a heatproof jug. Pour into 2-4 serving glasses or one big bowl, to save you from doing too many dishes!
3. Place in the fridge for 3 hours or until set.
4. To serve, top with a blob of Greek yoghurt and diced strawberries.
5. Enjoy!

Notes
1. Don’t add fresh pineapple, paw paw or kiwi into the jelly as it won’t set.
2. You could always try different flavours of jelly and fruit!
