Introduction

Chapter 1

Welcome to the second, successful issue of The Dreamweavers; we’re thrilled to see you again! For those of you who haven’t heard much about us, we are a team of talented writers, proofreaders, editors and artists. Every month, we share short stories and poems to then publish in the famous HiH library. We welcome anyone from the most talented to people who have only just realised that writing is their life.

The weather is starting to lighten up its mood this April, as we begin to -FINALLY!- see the sun rise. I bet your dormitory windows are stacked with birds tweeting and signing their hearts out. More friendships form as students stroll around the castle ground, allowing the scorching sun burn us. It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity, why not take it? At last, we are no longer drinking hot chocolate and cuddling up next to the fire, but drinking butterbeer and eating ice cream while relaxing on the lush grass.

The Dreamweavers was created by Kyra Shirley, a 1st year Gryffindor who was willing to add a little more pzazz to the castle.

I take it you’re wondering what the theme is this month, am I right? Well, prepare yourselves because luckily, this month we’ve made sure that it’s not just random stories and poems but they're all based on a theme.

*A comedy short story* How hilair like a chair in the air! Looking for a bit of a laugh because your dog ate your slipper? Lucky for you, they are just a few clicks down and no doubts, you’ll be laughing your soul out.

As always, I’ve got a brilliant team who helped me produce this electrifying issue, and this month we’ve welcomed a couple more members!!
