Love In The Air (づ> v <)づ♡

Hello, hello, my lovelies… and welcome back to another chapter of Issue 12!

Please proceed with caution. I just sprayed this paper with Cupid’s perfume and I’m not very fond of the idea of you falling unconscious because of its sweet scent ₊˚⊹♡

Anywho, why don’t we delve into what Valentine-related book recommendations I’ve hand-picked for you this month?

I promise, the love in the air will only intensify once you reach the end…

You Are My Missing Light (Dramione) ༺𓆩❦𓆪༻

By Ana Malfoy Zabini.

“Did he love her? Yes, he did. He loved her more than anything in this world. She was his world. He didn't want to lose her for anything in the universe, he just wanted to be with her in good times and bad. At all times. Only for her.”

Ah, yes… Draco x Hermione, a non-canon ship that people still tend to swoon over. And why? Well, perhaps they’re die-hard fans of the ‘Enemies To Lovers’ trope (I know I am). Or perhaps it’s because Emma Watson admitted to having a huge crush on Tom Felton between the ages of ten and twelve. Even though I’ve never supported Dramione in the Harry Potter series, I must say…

THIS FANFICTION IS DEFINITELY SWOON-WORTHY!

Draco has changed. Changed changed. No more prejudice against Muggle-borns, at all. Him and Hermione care for each other greatly, even calling one another affectionate nicknames. How could anything ruin their relationship?

But, of course, not everything is easy when you’ve drowned yourself in a pool of pink before. A certain ex is still out there, watching the bond between Draco and Hermione strengthen…

Drenched in jealousy, will they cross the line?

29 signs that Hermione liked Ron from the start ( · ❛ ֊ ❛)

By Marta.

“When Ron is hit by the white queen in the life-sized chess game, Hermione screams. She’s not known for screaming. This is a dead giveaway.”

That is a dead giveaway, Marta, so thank you! This short book outlines all the little hints that point to Hermione’s love with Ron at the end of the Harry Potter series—and how it was expected all along.

Marta pointed out some details that I hadn’t noticed myself, so I strongly recommend this interesting book to you! I must say, Marta is quite the detective—and a really lovely writer too. This was such a treat to read!

In Honour Of Valentine’s Day ˚ʚ♡ɞ˚

By Hazel Emory Antler.

"Cupid, the matchmaker, flies through the sky,
Looking for new victims—his arrow to try.
He sees us together and shakes his head,
‘This couple's too muddled in love, so I won’t give a care…’”

To end this chapter, I’ve decided to include a poem that I’ve created in honour of Valentine’s Day. It’s all about love, whether it be romantic, familial, or something else. And yes, I haven’t experienced romance, but I included that specific element because of its significance on Valentine’s Day. Plus, I’ve watched and read enough romantic scenes to know. And while I don’t have a sister in reality, Sara Rowan is mine on HiH, and that’s real enough for me (she’s the best, kindest, loveliest sister in the world). I also have many cousins, all of whom I am very fond of.

Remember, Valentine’s Day isn’t just about a crush or a boyfriend or a wife. It’s about your love of family and friends as well! Remember to appreciate them on this day.
