Chapter 5
The Grey Lady is the ghost of Ravenclaw. She is actually Helena, the daughter and the one who stole the diadem. She used to love the Bloody Baron, and the Baron killed himself after failing the mission Rowena Ravenclaw gave him, and losing his true love. This all comes out in The Deathly Hallows.
