Good evening, and welcome to yet another edition of Top 10 Memes of the Month! This chapter has undergone a few adjustments because we have combined issues. If you look below, we actually have twice as many memes this month, along with a title and description to go with them! I’ve searched far and wide for these memes, and they will undoubtedly brighten up your day. Enjoy!

20. Hello, You.

I really hope someone gets this reference. You has truly grown to become one of my favourite shows, and this is just so hilarious, given the scene this comes from. If you can’t recall, Ron says something along the lines of: "Not me, not Hermione, YOU!”

19. Burnt To A Crisp

I have no clue what it was, but I laughed so hard at this. Air fryer was the last thing I was expecting. Furthermore, Harry’s expression is so amusing that I’ve forgotten how the actual scene went. Poor Sirius must have been air-fried back then!

18. Deadric Diggory

Whoa, for a second I thought he was actually dead. Don’t worry guys! J.K Rowling would never kill off the sole protagonist in Hufflepuff. But siriusly, I apologise to the Cedric fans for this one. His death was truly heartbreaking for us all :(

17. A Strange Boy With A Normal Name

Ah yes, because Albus Wulfric Percival Brian Dumbledore isn’t the strangest name we come across– rather, it’s Tom. Gee, with that reasoning, even John would be an incredibly bizarre name. Haha, just kidding!

16. “Calmly”

The disparity between this scene in the books and the movies, in my opinion, just adds humour to this meme and all of the "Dumbledore asked calmly" memes. Even if it's a bit late, don’t forget to check your Halloween candy! Death Eaters are not what you want in your Snickers bar.

15. Privileged Potter

You know, I never stopped to consider what school might’ve been like just being a typical student in the Golden Trio Era. Harry appeared to be at least somewhat popular at Hogwarts– with the exception of Snape. With joining the Quidditch team in the first year, getting a brand new broom, and house points for accomplishing anything, I would be envious too!

14. I ❤ Oliver Wood

One of the best parts of Harry Potter memes means getting to see all of the Oliver Wood ones.  He is undoubtedly one of my favourite characters because of his funny demeanour and deep love for Quidditch. Overall, Harry Potter wouldn’t be the same without him.

13. You Can’t Cancel Quidditch!

Let’s not forget about how upset Oliver Wood would become when Quidditch matches were cancelled. To be fair, though, Mcgongall was also a Quidditch enthusiast. Even though she chastised others for their prejudiced remarks, she was unapologetically happy when Gryffindor scored!

12. The Giant Who Lived

Hagrid’s the kind of person to find terrifying animals adorable. Oh sorry, he already does! However, when you give it some serious thought, Hagrid and his creatures figure out a way to play significant parts throughout the books (Fluffy, Norbert, Aragog, etc.) I mean, without Buckbeak, who knows what could’ve happened to Sirius?

11. Siriusly?

Speaking of Sirius, I don’t know whether to laugh or to cry. But to be honest, I adore the Sirius jokes! I know my friends are sick of hearing me say “do I look like sirius?” whenever they ask if I’m serious. It never gets old (at least for me).

10. Wait… Watt?

There are far too many variations of this meme, but this one has to be my favourite. Oh Harry, so adorably clueless. His reaction in this scene is always so funny! Anyways, I dedicate this meme to all of my fellow science nerds ;)

9. Not Again!

Yikes! As a kid, I always wondered what would happen if someone fell off of the moving stairs. You can’t tell me it’s never happened… right? To be honest though, I would 100% take that chance if it meant going to Hogwarts!

8. Harry + Expelliarmus = True Love
 
I find this so hilarious. Harry is actually an AMAZING wizard, but leave it up to him to only use one spell. He actually uses it so often Death Eaters could recognize him just for casting it! In the wise words of Hermione Granger: What an idiot.

7. It’s Avada Keda-VRAH not Keda-VRUH!

I love this meme. Young Hermione was so sassy– you can’t tell me she wouldn’t have done this! And the way Voldemort looks so offended always gets me. I absolutely loved making this—LOL!

6. Potterheads Forever

Ugh, this is so relatable! I’m a huge Potterhead, but the biggest Potterhead I know has to be Tom Felton! I love how he’s still such a big part of the fandom after all this time. Also can we just take a second to appreciate these photos? It’s hilarious.

5. #foreveranumbridgehater

If Umbridge has no haters, I’m dead. I hate her with a burning passion. I understand having a horrible teacher, but never have I had one who tortured me. I hope she’s having a nice time rotting in Azkaban <3

4. Hermione’s Villain Arc

Ah Hermione! The rule following, innocent character that does no wrong… NOT! In third year, she scolds Harry for attacking a teacher even though she’s done it herself at the age of 11. Classic Gryffindor…

3. Told You So

My goodness Dumbledore looks annoyed. To be fair, I would feel the same way. Cornelius Fudge really took his sweet time catching up to the truth. If I could only use one meme to sum up the entirety of OOTP, this would be it.

2. A Pig For Slaughter

OMG! I can’t breathe guys. If I had to choose a favourite from all of these memes, I would definitely pick this one. I have no idea what it was– perhaps the expression of absolute triumph on Dumbledore’s face when he said finally, but this is the funniest thing I’ve seen yet.

1. TREVOR!!

What better way to end off than with one of my favourite characters? If I’m being Sirius, Neville screaming “TREVOR!” in The Philosopher’s Stone is one of the best parts of that movie. He is just the sweetest character ever!

Unfortunately, that’s all for these two months. I know, I know, devastating. Although before you continue onto the next chapters of HMN, I’ll leave you with one final joke. I promise it’ll make you laugh!
