Butterbeer

As you might have guessed, we went with the classic , Butterbeer! This delicious treat is great and will make anyone smile - even Snape! It only takes 20 minutes and its so easy to make ! So grab an apron and start brewing! What you will need: 2 liters of cream soda (chilled) 1/4 teaspoon of caramel extract 1/4 teaspoon of butter extract For the cream topping you will need: 1 cup of heavy whipping cream 1/2 of butterscotch topping / syrup 1/4 cup of powdered sugar Instructions: 1. In a large bowl /cauldron whip heavy whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks. 2. Add butterscotch topping/syrup and powdered sugar. 3. Mix caramel,and butter extract with cream soda and then pour the concoction into a cup or mug. 4.Top with butterscotch cream mixture and enjoy!
