Wear a button-up velvet skirt(with tights underneath if needed) and a fitted turtleneck. The dubble-buckle belt is a favorite amongst many witches. They look great on tons of different outfits and add so much character. Have a long sleeved white shirt with tons of ruffles. Matching it with red satin shorts really shows confidence. Then add a short tophat to complete the look. Using a flowy poncho or cloak can complete any look. There are all sorts of cloaks that you can try. No witch's wardrobe is complete without one.
