Famous Greek mythological deaths have been turning up all over New York and the inhabitants are scared. Ten murders in ten weeks, all committed crimes to look like the mythological deaths, and still nobody has a clue who the controlling killer is. Miss Elizabeth Bennett is a gentle and intelligent author with a fondness for tennis. She doesn't know it yet but she is the only one who can stop the cowardly killer. When her dog, Toby Bennett, is kidnapped, Miss Bennett finds herself thrown into the web of investigation and myths. Her only clue is a mangled book of Mythology. She enlists the help of a caring Detective called Scott Winston. Can Winston help Bennett find the answers before the greedy killer and his Mythological deaths strike again?

~ When I finally won the argument for letting a police dog into the museum, we entered the greek exhibit. Toby was already sniffing out the clues that could crack this case. As he walked away, I looked at the rest of the paintings. I took notes of the ones that were left. Cerberus and Ixion. Suddenly, I hear barking. “Toby where are you?” I follow the sound towards the back of the exhibit. “Toby?” I whisper. “Woof”. I look ahead to find a slightly opened closet. Toby then jumps out of the closet and showers me with kisses. “Oh. What a good boy. What did you find?” Toby went back into the closet and brought out something. I realize that in Toby’s mouth was a book. “What do you got there buddy?” I said as I took some gloves out of my pocket. When I put them on, I carefully examined the book. It was a mangled brown book, with a tattered cover. On the cover, it read “Greek Mythology.” As I flipped through the pages, I saw drawings and circles. Almost like plans. Names were written and crossed off. Surprisingly the names that were crossed off were exact people who died. “Toby, I think you have found something. Let's go show Scott!”
