"Sanctimonia Vincet Semper" "Purity will Always Conquer" --- July 31 1991, 12:01 am. It was a stormy night, hardly anyone in the country was stirring. But there was something special about this night. It was a night that would greatly impact two boys' lives, and forever change the world as we know it. As the numbers on his cousin's digital watch made their way to 12:02, a rather peculiar raven-haired boy was startled as the door to the shack burst open. The boy was met by a stranger; a stranger that was twice as tall as the average man. The boy's bright green eyes were wide in amazement as the stranger told the boy of a place of magic. Of a castle hidden far away from normal eyes. The boy smiled to himself as he thought of how life would be so much better. He would be away from the tiny closet under the stairs. Away from the taunting red face of his cousin. Away from his loud uncle and screeching aunt. He could hardly wait. He would finally be free. At the very same time, in the hidden areas of Wiltshire, another boy was startled out of his sleep and yanked from his bed by his platinum blond hair. The man who had woken him had a fierce look on his already pinched face. He spoke harshly to the young boy, snarling as tears started to form in the boy's silver eyes. "Don't cry. It shows weakness." The boy tried desperately to stop the tears from falling, but before he could even wipe them away, he felt the man's hand connect with his cheek, sending him flying to the floor with a cry. The man shook his head at the boy's crumpled form before turning away with a disgusted look on his face. Just before he left the room, the man paused to look back at the small boy. "Disgusting. You're pathetic." He spat out. "I'm disappointed." And with that, the man left. Two boys. Both yearning for one thing. Freedom.
