I couldn't believe he trusts me this much to tell me that he was right there when his mom died. He remembered it so well. I remember when my father left my mother and I when I was 6. He told me before he left that he was doing it to protect me and my mother. He said he had no choice to make if he wanted to keep me safe. A few months later a letter came in the mail saying that my father died. My mother stayed in her room for a long time. A few months after she started to come out of her room again, she told me and showed me about my ancestor and the passageway. We walked for a long time and it was getting darker. I couldn’t believe how long and eventful the day had been. I had no clue of where we were going and I didn’t even know if we were heading in the right direction.
