Chapter 9
The next day, I thought Draco was going to pretend to still hate me, but I was wrong. He talked to me all the time, and I loved it. His jokes, his stories, the way he punched me gently. I never knew this Draco Malfoy. “Sara? Why is Draco being so...” Harry asked me. “Enthusiastic? No idea.” I grinned before walking away. “Sara?” Harry asked again. “Harry, I already told you-“ I stopped. It was George, not Harry. “Oh, hi George.” I said. “You like Malfoy, don’t you?” He asked calmly, but jealousy splattered across his tone. “What? No!” I sputtered. He shook his head. “Until you tell me the truth, we shouldn’t see each other.” He turned away. I couldn’t believe his nerve! Just because I hang out with one boy doesn’t mean I want to go out with him!
