The head of this house is Pomona Sprout. Hufflepuffs students are ALMOST equal the amount of students in Gryffindors and Ravenclaw, but they’re just a little bit lower than both houses. (15 out of 20) Everyone knows and loves Hufflepuff’s for being sweet and caring. Some of Hufflepuff Houses core words are- Loyalty Kindness Honesty Friendship The Hufflepuff colors are yellow and black, while their mascot is a badger. Hufflepuff House has a connection to Earth, as Earth is it’s element. Hufflepuffs are way more sympathetic and empathetic than any of the other houses. They have a completely positive outlook on life, and they’re usually optimists. They’re very inclusive, and are going to be upset if anyone around them is unhappy. They stick with their friends, and value loyalty above almost anything else. They value hard work, but it isn’t the end of the world if they fail. They have a strong moral code, and an excellent sense of right and wrong. They seem to go unnoticed, and a lot of people think they’re the worst of the Hogwarts Houses when really they’re very humble and kind. Traits: Diligence Dedication Fairness Patience Kindness Tolerance Modesty Loyalty Famous Members of the Hufflepuff House Include: Helga Hufflepuff, Bridget Wenlock, Newt Scamander, Pomona Sprout, Cedric Diggory, and Nymphadora Tonks.
