The fruits of a smile
Chapter 1
I smiled today at a sweet little girl Whose face was wreathed in smiles She laughed and talked with her eyes and lips That carried across the miles I smiled today at a crippled old lady Who tried to walk with a cane She was burdened with years, lonely and worn But my smile eased her pain I smiled today at a tired and worried man Whose face was lined with care The frown on his lips soon disappeared As he smiled away despair A smile casts no thing - try it today Happiness Will be your reward Just hand your smiles to those you meet The will help ease the world's discord
