Chapter 1

Dear Diary, (I think that's how you start these kind of things...) My name is Katie Miller! I am the fourth oldest in my family! My brother Matthew is the oldest! He is smart and very thoughtful. If you can't tell he was sorted into Ravenclaw. He has beautiful dirty blonde hair and deep blue eyes to match. Jack is the next oldest, he is the charmer of the family. He has a lighter shade of brown hair and green eyes. Even with his charming nature, he was sorted into Hufflepuff (He uses the innocence of Hufflepuff to his advantage). Next is my twin brother. His name is Saden. He has very dark brown hair and brown eyes as well. He is sweet, but has a trickster side. He too was sorted into Hufflepuff. Then there is me, Katie, so far the only Slytherin of the family. Even though Saden and I are twins, no one believes us at first... Might be because he has dark brown locks, while I have dirty blonde locks. Or maybe because he has brown irises and I have pale blue irises. It might just be the fact that I'm a Slytherin and that he's a Hufflepuff. Either way we love each other. Next is my little sister Julia, she is definitely going to be a Hufflepuff. You can just tell by the way her blonde hair bounces and her brown eyes shimmer when she's excited to have a cookie. Then there is baby Mia. She is only an toddler so I don't exactly know what house she might be in. All I know is she has dark brown hair just like Dad and Saden and has deep blue eyes like Papa and Matthew. My dad and papa are the best parents in the world! They never hit us, but some how always kept us in line. They spoiled us but not too much. Dad's real name is Michael, he has dark brown hair and brown eyes, where Papa, John, has blonde hair and blue eyes. Dad was a stereotypical Ravenclaw and Papa was a stereotypical Hufflepuff. They fell in love and had us, but that's a whole other story for a different time! I love my family, but having three older brothers and two dad's means you're overprotected... I remember I asked to have a playdate with a boy once and all of my brother came along and gave a death glare to the poor kid. After that I didn't have many friends... everyone was scared of my family... both of my parents were purebloods, but no one understood that they didn't care about blood status. That all eventually changed when I got my letter to Hogwarts! Dad said there was a glisten in my eyes while I read my letter. Anyway here I am, In Hogwarts! I cant wait to see what this school brings me!
