Dear Diary #2: The Great Hall

Chapter 2

Dear Diary, Honestly, I don't know what I was expecting, the Gryffindors are the clear favourite, followed by the Ravenclaws, and us Slytherins, we have a VERY bad rep. It is particularly difficult being the odd one out, and has served many distasteful comments that have come my way. On the plus side, I have permission to go into Hogsmead when ever desired, and I can order whatever I'd like at the Three Broomsticks. Within reason of course. I have some specific rules that are purely for me. These include: No Relationships with students under age 16, and not coming to school drunk or hungover. Another rule is to keep everything PG, but in reality, the students 15-17 are the most likely to break this rule. I also tend to chat with the professors more than with those in my year, which has resulted in me understanding the lessons better, and feeling more comfortable to ask questions. Honestly nothing very exciting has happened yet. Well, except for the confrontation just outside of the Great Hall. As I was leaving after lunch, some year 5 Gryffindor students decided it would be funny to charm my skirt to fly up, knowing full well that I am on strict watch as I am an adult attending the school. Luckily I always wear shorts under my skirts, but this did result in my being pulled aside and having 10 points taken from Slytherin. I didn't even fight it, there was no point. These boys have been getting on my nerves though, but I am just going to assume that they don't know how to act in front of a young woman. So I'll let it slide. Until Next Time -T
