The Letter

Chapter 2

I was sitting in my room when my mum called me to the kitchen. I headed towards the kitchen. "Yes Mum?",I asked. "Your Hogwarts letter arrived!",she told me excitedly, handing me a letter written in green ink. I quickly read through my letter. Joy flooded through me. I was going to Hogwarts to meet the headmistress, Minerva Mcgonagall! I ran to my room to prepare to go to Diagon Alley.
