The Invisibility Cloak

Finally, the Invisibility Cloak. There are other cloaks in the world, but they are less powerful as they were either made with demiguise hair or normal cloaks with charms on them. These cloaks can be Summoned and worn out by time and spells, but Death's Invisibility Cloak cannot. It is an indestructible Cloak that really, truly hides the wearer from being seen. It is the only cloak that has not been lost over time or passed through family trees and has instead passed through the generations of its original owner's family (see next chapter!). Harry received it on his first Christmas at Hogwarts from Professor Albus Dumbledore, who borrowed the cloak from James, Harry's father, but never wore it. Harry used it through his adulthood and gave it to his children.
