What do the Hallows have to do with a children's tale?

The Deathly Hallows have everything to do with a children's tale! The three objects (the wand, the stone, and the cloak) are real objects known as the Elder Wand, the Resurrection Stone, and the Invisibility Cloak. These objects, when all owned by one wizard, make the owner the conqueror of Death.
