Pronunciation: (ee-BUB-lee-oh)

Spell Type: Jinx

Description: Produces a purple light and smoke and traps target in a large bubble that cannot be popped by physical force.

Engorgio (Engorgement Charm)

Pronunciation: (en-GOR-jee-oh)

Spell Type: Charm

Description: Produces an icy blue light and causes the target to swell in physical size, if the caster attempts to swell the target to big it will explode.



Engorgio Skullus

Pronunciation: (en-GORE-jee-oh) (SKUH-las)

Spell Type: Hex

Description: This hex produces a green light and causes the victim's skull to swell disproportionately. Its Counter-Curse is Redactum Skullus.

Entomorphis

Pronunciation: (en-TOE-morph-is)

Spell Type: Jinx/Transfiguration

Description: This hex produces a red light and is used to induce insect-like qualities for a short period of time. These include the deprivation of speech, forcing them to crawl, and endowing them with feelers.

Pronunciation: (ee-PISS-key)

Spell Type: Healing

Description: Used to heal relatively minor injuries, such as broken bones and cartilage.

Epoximise

Pronunciation: (ee-POX-i-mise)

Spell Type: Charm

Description: Magically adheres one object to another, similarly to if they had been glued together. It is near impossible to remove something with this charm on it.

Erecto

Pronunciation: (eh-RECK-toh)

Spell Type: Charm

Description: Used to erect a tent or other structure.

Wand Gesture: Point wand at target and guide wand up with structure


Evanesce

Pronunciation: (ev-an-ES-key)

Spell Type: Transfiguration

Description: Produces a blueish-white light and vanishes inanimate objects.

Evanesco (Vanishing Spell)

Pronunciation: (ev-an-ES-koh)

Spell Type: Transfiguration

Description: Vanishes the target; the best description of what happens to it is that it goes "into non-being, which is to say, everything”, unlike the former lower level spell Evanesce, Evanesco works on both inanimate and animate targets.

Everte Statum

Pronunciation: (ee-VER-tay) (STAH-tum)

Spell Type: Spell

Description: Produces an orange light and thrown target backwards while causing a brief moment of sharp pain upon impact.

Expecto Patronum (Patronus Charm)

Pronunciation: (ecks-PECK-toh) (pah-TROH-numb)

Spell Type: Charm

Description: This charm is a defensive spell which will conjure a spirit-like incarnation of their positive emotions to defend against dark creatures (especially Dementors); it can also send messages to other witches or wizards. One’s Patronus will take the form of something important to the caster, and can change when one has undergone a period of heightened emotion.



Expelliarmus (Disarming Charm)

Pronunciation: (ex-PELL-ee-ARE-muss)

Spell Type: Charm

Description: Causes whatever the victim is holding to fly away, can cause the target to fly backwards and even knock out an opponent if used forcefully.



Expulso

Pronunciation: (ecks-PUHL-soh)

Spell Type: Curse

Description: Produces a blue light and provokes an explosion, unique in that it uses pressure to do so as opposed to heat.
