Description: Produces a red light and causes the victim's hair to fall out.

Spell Type: Jinx

Description: Produces a white light causes the victim to burst uncontrollably into song.

Carpe Retractum (Seize and Pull Charm)

Pronunciation: (CAR-pay) (ruh-TRACK-tum)

Spell Type: Charm

Description: Produces an orange magical rope made out of light from the caster's wand, which will pull a target toward the caster, or vice-versa.

Wand Gesture: Whip-like movement

Cave Inimicum

Pronunciation: (KAH-way) (ih-NIH-mih-kum)

Spell Type: Charm

Description: Warns the caster of approaching enemies

Description: Blasts open chests and boxes in a white light.

Description: Locks doors, and presumably all things that can be locked.

Notes: Can easily be countered with Alohomora.

Description: Causes the victim's shoes to stick to the ground with some sort of adhesive ectoplasm.

Colovaria (Color Change Charm)

Pronunciation: (co-loh-VA-riah)

Spell Type: Charm

Description: Produces a red light and changes the target's color.

Confringo (Blasting Curse)

Pronunciation: (kon-FRING-goh)

Spell Type: Curse

Description: Produces a flame-like projectile and causes anything that the spell comes into contact with to explode, and presumably thereafter burst into flame.

Confundo (Confundus Charm)

Pronunciation: (con-FUN-doh)

Spell Type: Charm

Description: Causes the victim to become confused and befuddled or can bewitch and object.

Crucio (Cruciatus Curse)

Pronunciation: (KROO-shea-oh) or (KROO-see-oh)

Spell Type: WARNING,this is an Unforgivable Curse! The use of this spell is punishable by imprisonment in Azkaban Prison.

Description: Produces a red light and causes excruciating pain to intended target. To successfully perform this curse, the wizard or witch must possess a deep desire to cause the victim pain. “Righteous anger”, though can throw an enemy, will not inflict prolonged torture.
