Jell was running, he didn’t know where, all he knew was that prices of glass were falling behind him. THE PAIN. If anyone has been stabbed in the glass they understand the pain that goes with it. He was away from danger now, and stopped to catch his breath. Looking down, he saw the full damage. He carefully reset his now exposed hour hand. It was the curse of a clock. He could not die from being stabbed, but the pain was real. It was worth it though, for he was able to see the one he loved Jinkly. Picking up some of the pieces, he limped back to his home, wondering if Jinkly had any idea what was going on. “Another Christmas tree?” “No thanks, I’m stuffed,” said Jinkly, pushing away the platter of Christmas tree. Her mind was on other things. Jell. But it could never be. The bell rung next to her, time for her history lesson. Jinkly sat down in front of Ms. beltyheb as she started her lesson. “There are two types of people in this world” said Ms. beltyheb, “the Christmas tree eaters, descended from the Grinch’s evil son who hated Christmas terribly and the Clocks, descended from the Grinch, who learned to love Christmas.” Jell! Thought Jinkly. Every year around Christmas time, Jinkly goes down to the Santa workshop and sabotages all the toys, but now, her heart wasn’t in it. All she wanted to do was take the toys back to Jell. She devoured every Christmas tree and the Lorax was quite mad, but he flew away. Jell eat with her, then they ate all else.
