Chapter One — The Incomplete Letter
Chapter 1
You are busy reading a book on Charms and Defense Against the Dark Arts in the (insert name of your house) common room, until you hear the familiar flapping of wings. You got up and saw your trusty great-horned owl, Sinatra soaked and perched on the common room window. The female owl cocked her head as if asking, "Aren't you going to come take the mail? I'm a bit wet here." "Of course I am going to take it, silly!" You murmur to Sinatra, stroking her water-soaked dark-brown feathers. She squawked as if in protest, but you just laugh. Carefully untying the string, you unravelled the letter from your parents. It wrote: "Honey, There are a couple of things that we haven't told you. Please understand why we kept this information a secret for" Then the letter ended. You fingered the fragile parchment, then realized that the very end of the letter was soggy. After further inspection, you realize that Sinatra was probably caught in a rainstorm that happened yesterday, and part of the letter had got wet and fell away. Shrugging your shoulders, you went to your dormitory to do homework. (I'm sorry if this chapter is really short)
