Chapter 3

Less willpower will emit a white light, whereas stronger willpower will emit a red light. Usually, if balanced, it will emit a ruby red light. If your rival knows the spell is coming, they can refrain from the effects. Therefore, you will have to have a stronger willpower in order for the spell to work.

Incantation: Expelliarmus (ex-PELL-ee-ARE-muss)

⊱ Putting your hands together when meditating represents unity & positive thoughts.

⊱ When meditating, your head should be tilted downwards a bit. This is to avoid mind wondering.

⊱ The Buddhist meditation method is best used in this class.

⊱ Breathe in & out at a steady pace. When exhaling, feel all of the negative thoughts being swept away.
