Broomstick Flying
If you are having a problem while trying to ride a broom, it can stem from yourself. Some of these issues can be fixed as long as you work at improving them!
Issue One ⊱ A lack of confidence. In order to fly, you must use your willpower.
Issue Two ⊱ Co-ordination of distance & fear of heights. In order to fly, you must use your sense of direction at all times & be comfortable being high up above the ground.
Issue Three ⊱ The brooms personality. In order to fly, you must be comfortable with your broom, as the broom has its own personality & preferences. Thus, it may effect the way you fly.
Broomstick Care
Wax brooms often with Wakefield's Broomcare Wax. Other waxes consist of waterproof wax, amount of mental commands wa, & anti-jinx wax. Wakefield's Broomcare Wax aids in reinforcements of spells & protects the brooms wood from deforming. Wood wax is rubbed in with a rag on the entire handle evenly. Use Quidditch-grade twig tweezers & snippers to clip off twigs that have gone astray. By doing this, your broom will last longer. It also keeps the broom in shape & it keeps the aerodynamics in order.
