Werewolf is seen in a muggle town

Chapter 3

This morning at 4:39 AM, squib Elle Sormire claims to have seen a werewolf in the town of Soumade Street, near where she lives. "The beast had attacked my house and the neighbor's, but I rushed to defend myself by means of magic, with the desmaius spell." The Muggles in the neighboring house have sworn they would not mention any of this to a Muggle. However, one of them, David Seled, agrees to give some details about the event: "We were preparing dinner, when we heard scratches on the door, and we opened it thinking it was the pet. There we had met the beast, followed by the neighbor with a wand pointing at it." Two of the Muggles had suffered a painful scratch, but are in a comfortable state at St Mungo's Hospital for diseases.
