Spiky Bush could possibly be related to Spiky Prickly Plant. It has big yellow thorns and is used in Herbology. If you go near them use Incendio to keep yourself away from the needles. They shoot these thorns that they have at humans unless you enchant them not too. It got a Herbology award and it’s in the greenhouses at Hogwarts.
