- astronomy - a study of the universe
- ex.: observing celestial bodies, theories abt formations of the objects in space
- wizards had to alter the history for Muggles to believe magical stuff is only a myth
- astronomy in Muggle and the wizarding world is similar - but outer space affects wizards a lot more
- ex.: arrangement of the stars - predicting future
- full moon - a transformation of a werewolf into a wolflike form
- astrology - a system where positions and movements of celestial bodies influence human life
