Section two: Demonic beasts
Chapter 5
Demonic beasts are people who held crest stones without a crest (people are born with crests, and the crest stone amplifies there power). They seem to keep some form of intelligence, as they won't attack people on their side of wars, which is when most demonic beasts appear. They where used by the Adrestian Empire in the Serios war, and the intentional creation of demonic beasts has since been outlawed. The crest stone can be seen on the beasts forehead.
