The castle

Chapter 1

Hogwarts castle was first built in 990 AD. It’s around 600 feet tall and is seven storeys high. It was built by an old wizard architect and the four founders of Hogwarts. It’s in the Highlands of Scotland, Great Britain. It has 142 staircases, deep dungeons and tall towers. Its in a valley area around mountains and the Great Lake plus it has many trick steps and false doors around the building. It’s supported by magic only and built by magic only. It’s protected by numerous ancient spells and some new ones too to repel dark wizards and witches. There is a chamber named The Chamber of Secrets miles beneath the school.
