Backstory

I'm from Adelaide, Pennsylvania, but my dads and I moved to Ireland when I was nine due to an increase in scourer (they're witch hunters in America, basically, if you aren't aware of them) attacks across the country. Since we moved to England so late in my childhood ( I was 13 and already halfway into my third year at Ilvermorny), it came as a complete surprise to us when I received my letter the next year to attend Hogwarts. My athair (this means father in Irish) was ecstatic, however, since he had attended Hogwarts when he was a boy (he's originally from Ireland, and moved to America to study and travel). It was an even greater surprise when I was sorted into Ravenclaw, which was his house as well. I hope to learn a lot here, and even though I have to start as a first year again, I am excited to see where this new path leads me!
