Backstory

Daffodil comes from a wealthy family - her mother the one who provided them with all they have. She raised her daughter on her own and with only the profits from her self made fashion business. Mrs Harbourshire gave Daffodil the “tools” she needed to become who she is today. Life had been pretty average for someone in Daffodil’s social class. Which is why it was quite extraordinary when she had heard she had magic flowing through her veins. In fact, she hadn’t believed what she had read at first; putting the letter aside and disregarding it as pure nonsense. However, it was when the letters seemed to consistently turn up at her doorstep that she realised it may not had been a harmless prank.
