Backstory

I was so excited when I recieved my Hogwarts letter in the mail. I thought for sure my letter would never come in, even though I'm a pure blood I still had crazy thoughts in my head about being rejected. I went shopping in Diagon Alley a couple days before heading off on the train with my parents, I was so excited to receive my first ever real wand. Of course I went to Ollivanders because who doesn't. My wand is a 8 1/2 inch long, unicorn hair in the middle, aspen wood which is quite flexible, and with a nice flowery carved handle. i got an owl as my familiar and I named her Blinky, she is an elf owl and is so adorable. When I was on the train no one really sat next to me except this one person guy who was asleep the entire time. When we arrived we got greeted by this very tall man I think his name was Hagrid. I wasn't really paying attention that much because I was so nervous. When we went into the Great Hall everyone turned and looked at us, it was nerve racking. When Mcgonagall said my name I slowly walked to my seat keeping my eyes closed until I had my house picked. The hat took quite a while until it finally said Slytherin, I bursted up and greet my house mates. I was kind of sad I didn't get Ravenclaw like my parents but the hat knows what he is talking about. Anyways I'm so happy to be here and hope all of you have great school year!
