Backstory

Hi, my name is Irene and I am a muggle-born. I'm originally from Ireland but moved to Scotland with my mum when I found out I was a wizard. My mum is a primary school teacher at a muggle school here in Scotland and my dad is an engineer. He still lives in Ireland and comes to visit during the holidays. My parents are divorced but don't worry they are still good friends. I also have a little sister called Orlaith who lives with me and my mum. We don't know if she's a witch yet but I think I've caught her doing magic a few times. I'm a Gryffindor and love it here at Hogwarts. When I grow up I want to become a teacher, like my mum but here at Hogwarts, probably defence against the dark arts which is my favourite subject.
