Celeste Bleuet

Backstory

Celeste Bleuet was born on July 28 in a small town just outside of Paris, France to Pierre and Juliette Bleuet. Both her parents worked for the French Ministry of Magic - her mother in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures and her father in the Department for International Magical Cooperation. Because of her father’s affiliation with other magical communities all over the world, Celeste and her mother got to travel alongside him and see the world in which she lived. Celeste has travelled to Berlin, Germany; Toronto, Canada; Edinburgh, England; Orlando, Florida; Nairobi, Kenya; and more.

However, at age eleven, Celeste recurved her invitation to Beauxbatons Academy of Magic. Her parents, both Beauxbatons graduates, encouraged her to attend that school, but Celeste wasn’t so sure as she had received a second letter of acceptance, this one from Hogwarts. Celeste, a natural adventurer, ultimately chose Hogwarts, because she was determined to see where her life would take her. And that’s where she is now.
