Backstory

Hey everyone, I'm Casper but most call me Caspie or Cas. I am a 26 year old, post Hogwarts war, Slytherin student, I'm August born and very spiritual. I'm gay and proud. I am a muggle born and a Scottish wizard, originally born a witch, with muggle parents but witches in my ancestors and family. I'm transgender and a big advocate for equal rights and wish for peace between muggles and witches, and wizards alike. I'm re-doing and re-taking my Hogwarts education and experience. I was a bit of a hat stall between Slytherin and Gryffindor in all honesty. I asked for Slytherin which means my influence gave the Sorting Hat that extra push to make it's decision. I love Potions, History of Magic, Herbology, Divination and Music. I love singing so I'm on the Frog Choir. I also really love Care of Magical Creatures and Ghoul Studies a lot too but along with music, my favourite subject to study is Ghoul Studies, I love vampires. I'd probably say that though it's interesting, Astronomy is my least favourite subject and I'm not a fan of Defense Against the dark arts though I understand it's importance. Back to blood status I guess though my parents are muggles, typically that would make me Muggle born but you could also say I'm half blood as i have other family and ancestors that are or were magic so I guess since both blood status' are still often frown or looked down upon, though times are changing always, it has some affect of course on my life as a wizard especial since I am also transgender. My greatest strengths are probably my ambition and determination, stubbornness, my resourcefulness though they are also my weaknesses at times but I'm good at self preservation and only cunning when I really have to be though I am often, very, competitive. I like standing up for what I believe in and refuse to respect those who don't respect me or change for others. After I have graduated, my dream jobs would be between being a healer and a music teacher. Magic as so much infinite possibilities though like anything has it's limits or need for caution but in itself, it's a whole experience and world of it's own, that's what makes magic great as whole, I believe and that alone I also believe heavily, is something that opens ones mind to let us know there is more than just what we see. I am neutral and open minded, i'd like to think so anyway and all for equality and respect, all for house unity. I believe in helping both myself and others by means of magic and also without magic or the means of, though helping myself, especially with use of magic, I'd like to better myself with so. I have no pets and am allergic, sadly to cats, one of my favourite animals. I'd love a black cat and a dog though, Maybe in the future.. I don't get on with my parents nor see them anymore, we're estranged however I am engaged and my significant other is one of the rare ones, the good ones and I owe a lot to him for sticking by me. I like to think I'm rather grounded, wise, down to earth and open, I'm a naturally very caring and creative person. I don't really know what else to say here so maybe later on I might add on something if anything springs to mind but until then, hello and goodbye, until next time, from me!
