Backstory

(Department of Magical Accidents and Catastrophes) During my days at Hogwarts, my classmates often looked to me to correct their magical accidents. I recall fondly the one time my dear friend Avery Abbott (younger sister of Hannah Abbott, who served in Dumbledore's Army) was attempting to cast a spell that would cause a fish in the Black Lake to become a dolphin. Things went south quickly and the next thing we knew there was a shark swimming toward the mermaids! I quickly took action, and as the shark pounced my spell hit and turned it into a tiny baby seahorse. I knew then that I had a knack for repairing things went spells went poorly. I now serve the Ministry of Magic as Director of the Department of Magical Accidents and Catastrophes. I oversee the Accidental Magic Reversal Squad, Obliviator Headquarters, and the Muggle-Worthy Excuse Committee.
