Backstory

I am a Slytherin. The Hat put me there because I have ambition and I am not afraid to use it to get where I need to be. The decision was almost immediate. I enjoy DADA and Potions with CoMC in close second. I very stongly disliked History of Magic. I fell asleep almost as soon as the class began! I'm pretty good at Transfiguration, it isn not something I especially enjoy. I am a pureblood, which has meant that I have more knowledge about this world that we live in than most muggleborns and halfbloods and I use that information the my advantage at every turn. I was studying in Japan when the Dark Lord rose to power the second time, so I was pretty far removed from it all. My greatest strength- I've been told- is my loyalty to those close to my heart. My greatest weakness would probably be my pride. I would like to become a Hit Witch after I finish my schooling. I think the most facinating part of magic would be the animagus transformation or maybe wandless magic. I want to use my magic to further my own ends and to help those that deserve it. If someone is a spineless coward and refuses to help anyone, than I would leave him to his demise if the situation called for it.If I'm being honest with myself, I want a life where I don't have to worry about images or social status. I have a pet raven named Hades. He's relatively tame, so I use him to send messages when I need to and he's very loyal. My family is pretty layed back as far as purebloods go and about 50% of the time, they don't mind giving me or my brothers affection or comfort. Everyone in my family thus far has been a Slytherin except for my youngest brother Kieran, who is in Ravenclaw. This hasn't caused any disagreements though.
