Backstory

When I received my Hogwarts acceptance letter, I was shocked to say the least. I have a lot of labels - nerdy, geeky, quirky, weird, but a witch?! No way. I assumed it was a prank at first - my little brother loves playing them on me, and he knows that I fall for them every time. But then all of a sudden I was off to buy cauldrons and a wand, and I knew then that this was legit. No messing around. I had been accepted into a school of magic. I was definitely going to miss my friends, but I would finally be in a place where I fit in, and belonged. Everyone would be like me. I wouldn't be the only quirky little kid who made weird things happen. I would be home.
