Backstory

I got sorted into Ravenclaw because I love learning and growing as a person. I was a hatstall; the sorting hat debated on putting me in Hufflepuff. So far I like Defense Against the Dark Arts and Herbology the best, but I'm really looking forward to 3rd year for Care of Magical Creatures. I thinking I'm going to least like History of Magic. I am a half-blood, my dad was a muggle (deceased) and my mom is a witch; a healer at a muggle hospital. No one really knows I'm a half-blood, we keep to ourselves mostly. I was living in Canada during the time You Know Who rose to power. My greatest strength is that I'm a good listener and you can come to me with anything you need to talk about. My greatest weakness is that I procrastinate a lot. If an assignment is due tomorrow, I'll wait till tomorrow to even start it. I think I'd like to get a job at the Ministry of Magic as an assistant. I've graduated muggle school (college), but I have yet to find my dream job, currently working at a muggle job. The coolest thing about magic is that it is endless. It's amazing all the people/creatures you can help. I have 2 cats who act/think they're dogs! I was raised mostly as a muggle child, only learning about magic when I was 10, and getting my acceptance letter to a Canadian magic school, which I turned down cause I wanted to graduate from muggle school first. Now that I am older, I want to learn as much as I can, and I am so glad that Hogwarts accepted me as a mature student!!
