Valerie Merope Riddle

Backstory

I am a muggleborn witch and a proud Ravenclaw. Yes, I was a hatstall. The Sorting Hat almost sorted me into Gryffindor but I guess my thirst for knowledge weighed more than bravery. My favorite classes are DADA, Transifiguration, Potions, Astronomy and Arithmancy. Herbology, Divination and Care of Magical Creatures aren't really my thing. I did well in History of Magic but didn't like the subject itself (or it could just be because of Professor Binns boring lectures). Being a muggleborn witch in the Wizarding World has always been a challenge. Prejudiced Pureblood wizards would throw insults at me like "Filthy mudblood" or "scum". But words never really affected me. They're just...words!
Oh and did I mention that I'm in the same year as Harry Potter's daughter, Lily Luna Potter? We met near the Black Lake on our first year and became friends instantly. Of coarse, being muggleborn and recently introduced to the Wizarding World, I didn't know what value her surname held, until after like 1 week or so. Nearly fainted when I found out.
My greatest strength is my strong sense of morality and wisdom. I don't really like sharing my weaknesses. I mostly fake them, so when somebody thinks they can beat me or something, they'd fail. Ha!
I always wanted to be an Auror and an animagus after I've finished school.
The facinating aspect of magic is the knowledge and power it holds. It is beautiful, but dangerous. I really want to use magic to help others, but at the same time, I want to use it for my accomplishments to gain the power to help others.
If I'm being completely honest with myself, I want to discover the secrets of the universe, gain the utmost knowledge.
I have a pet crup. I named him Ares. Merlin, he's the most savage crup I've ever encountered!
I come from a pretty wealthy muggle family. They're the best people and I'd do anything for them, even kill.
