Backstory

Having been born into a family with a mum that was a Hufflepuff homecoming queen and a father whom she met from the House of Slytherin, I wasn't sure which house I would end up at. Turns out, much to my dismay, it was Hufflepuff. I almost thought that I would somehow end up at Griffendorf, but I just didn't have what it took I guess. There are a lot of very famous people at Griffendorf. It's a great house. But once I finally did arrive at Hogwarts, I knew without a shadow of a doubt that I belonged there. Did you ever visit somewhere that you could not bear the thought of leaving? WHere you immediately were taken in. Where the sense of belonging was stronger than the day you were born into your own family? That was it. I belonged. I finally belonged. All the stories I had heard growing up about Hogwarts! I could barely wait to arrive. Mum and Dad were none too thrilled that I wanted to stay. There are dangers. But what is worse, the dangers I would feel in my everyday "pretend muggle" life, or dangers that were real. REAL dragons, real spells, real darkness, but real life as well. After arriving at Hogwarts 35 years ago, I never left. It was my home. I taught several classes since then, many interesting wizards and warlocks and witches. They are never what you think. The sweet quiet ones are always the strongest., The loud, seemingly confident ones, are usually the most frightened. Its been an interesting 35 years and I am ready to continue. Looking forward to joining you. .
