Backstory

My story is, unfortunately, something many can relate to. My ancestors were from Eastern Europe, and while my Magical relatives made it safely to New York City, many of my Muggle relatives perished in the Holocaust. Today my family has grown, and we are spread across the United States, Israel, Brazil, France, Britain, and Ireland! We speak multiple languages and cast use magic in a variety of ways. After receiving my NEWTs in Ancient Runes, Ancient Studies, History of Magic, Defense Against the Dark Arts, Transfiguration, and Potions (I know, overachiever!), I really didn't know what I wanted to do, so I traveled around the world, sleeping on the couches of friends and families. It wasn't until I was helping my cousins in their first year at Beauxbaton write essays that I realized I wanted to be a professor! Now I teach, and I love it!

Bloodstatus: Halfblood? Where does one draw the line? My parents and grandparents are Magical, and two of my great-grandparents were Muggle.
