Backstory

Hi, I'm Summer. I was born into a pure-blood family but actually raised as a muggle-born child for most of my life. My parents couldn't be around when I was younger. So, a muggle family they knew took care of me for most of my life. When I was 9, my actual parents came and introduced me to the wizarding world. I still kept in touch with my adoptive parents, but they could never find out that I was a witch. My real parents were actually around a lot when I was younger, but I was told that they were just really close friends withe my adoptive parents. This meant that I was actually quite close with my parents by the time they actually took me into their care.
I like music and play violin, piano and baritone (basically a smaller version of a tuba). I also like reading. Some of my favourite books are Harry Potter (obviously) and A Series of Unfortunate Events.

I first showed signs of my magical ability when I was 5 and got really angry at the TV and the channel changed. It was very unusual to me, as I had never heard anything about the wizarding world before and I was only 5 years old. I saw a small smile appear on my dad's face. But my adoptive parents looked confused as to what had happened so they were told that someone had sat on the remote.
I have a brother called Liam. He is 2 years younger than me and didn't show any sign of being a wizard until he was 8. It happened when he was being chased by some people at school. They almost caught him when he just suddenly zoomed all the way home. I also have a sister, but as much as we act like sisters, we aren't actually related. She is my adoptive parents actual daughter.
