Backstory

I was born in a Muggle family therefore it was a great surprise for us when I got my letter. After my arrival to Hogwarts I was sorted into Ravenclaw. From my first year I couldn’t wait to get into third, because we were getting new subjects then. I thought that my favorite will be Care of Magical Creatures but then realised I like Ancient Runes more. No matter that I still decided for my career at CoMC field and became a Dragon keeper, like I always dreamed. Dragons are among the most dangerous and magical of creatures in the world, wizarding or otherwise. I was first intrigued by them when I was standing in Olivander’s wand shop and he handed me a wand made of Cedar and Dragon Heartstring. We took an immediate liking to each other, and it has been my friend ever since. She has saved my life more than once, that’s for sure! Dragons come in a variety of temperaments, and while they can be persuaded to tolerate a Witch or Wizard’s presence, their mood can be quite the fickle thing. I came pretty close to being toasted once, but my partner warned me just in time and I was able to apparate away. Splinched a fingernail too, but compared to what I’ve seen that’s nothing. First few years I was working at the Ministry, at Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures but then tought that I need to get some experience and went working with dragons. After a year or so I decided that I like it more this way and didn’t return to my office like I planned before.
