Backstory

As someone who is born and raised in the Philippines, I knew that the chances of being able to attend any of the magic schools around the world were slim. But when the chance did come in reach, I took it with only a slight moment of hesitation. Now I'm a student, sorted into Hufflepuff after some hesitation from the Sorting Hat (he was stuck between Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff). I now am comfortably moved in with a cat I'd named Lucy, and she hates every other pet but is truly a cuddler by heart.
To keep the element of the career I had wanted to pursue back in regular college, I chose to work part-time as an assistant in the hospital wing. While I'm in Hogwarts, I hope to excel in the basics, perhaps befriend magical creatures and be delved into magical history as well. I like to think that my strengths reside in kindness and hard work, so I'll make as much friends, help as much as I can, and try my best not to get into any trouble. I may have trouble working under pressure, and I admit that I am weakest when it comes to time management, but I do hope to grow out of that soon enough. I believe I'll grow not just as academically now that I am in Hogwarts, but as a person as well, and that is all I could ever hope for. That, and being able to help others grow they way they want to.
