Backstory

(Older Student)

Being born into a family with no magic ability, I was shocked when I received my letter to Hogwarts.
Knowing I had potential made me believe I was something more then just a Muggle, when I was younger I had always felt like I was different, I wasn't going to let anything get in the way of that.

When I was a child I experienced something that at the time never really phased me, of course, I knew it was out of the ordinary but I never dwelled on it; It was on my tenth birthday when I was playing in the pines in the woods behind my house, I clumsily made a wrong step and begun to plummet towards the creek below me, I was so scared that I just held myself, landing softly on the ground below me, uninjured...

During my first year at Hogwarts, I had learned about some being able to possess magic and use it without the need of a wand. But I had never been able to do such, it seemed far too dangerous.

Being a 6th-year student I can finally begin to grasp the full aspect of my magical abilities. I want to learn everything there is to learn and I'm not afraid to use everything I have learned to get me there.
