Backstory

As a pure-blood, I have quite the reputation to uphold. My parents both excelled while at Hogwarts, my father a Quidditch player who was on the rise until a fall from his broom caused him to stop playing and then change to becoming a commentator. It was in those very stands that he met my mother who had been dragged to a Ravenclaw vs Hufflepuff match and the two have been together since. They were not surprised when I wrote to tell them I was in Slytherin since it seemed an obvious match when I was sorted before the hat even touched my head. While I am looking forward to my time at school, I am worried about my lack of trust in others becoming something that keeps me apart from my classmates. However I believe that once that trust is built they will find that I take care of my own.
