Backstory

Upon arriving at Hogwarts I was nervous for the sorting hat ceremony. I knew whichever house I would be placed in would be the right place for me, yet I was still hoping for Slytherin. Despite their bad reputation, I thought it would be great to be in a house where I can be among other determined and ambitious students just like me. Turns out I was a hatstall. The sorting hat couldn't decide whether to put me in Slytherin or Gryffindor. Ultimately, I was placed in Slytherin because of my determination! I am now in my fifth year and am a prefect. I was born and raised in London by my pureblood mother and muggle father. They had fallen in love when Voldemort was in power. Yeah, I say his name... something about me, I'm pretty recklessly brave. Hence the hatstall. My favorite classes are Defense Against the Dark Arts and Potions. However, my least favorite class is Divination. In the long run, I want to become an Auror. Everyone tells me that it's too dangerous but I feel like It's meant to be; for my greatest strength is my need to protect others. Some could argue that it's also my greatest weakness. I tend to forget to protect myself, but thanks to my best friend I haven't gotten too terribly hurt yet. I tend to find most of my friends in Gryffindor and Ravenclaw, but I have some really close friends in Slytherin. I'm constantly busy with prefect duties, studying for classes, taking care of my cat, Patrick (he's a sassy one), and playing Quidditch. I am the seeker for Slytherin! I think in the long run, I just want to be successful in what I do and leave the world a little better than I found it!
